A Fun & Creative Learning Experience! Get ready for an unforgettable summer of creativity, skill-building, and fun at our 2025 Sewing Summer Camp! Designed for students of all skill levels, this hands-on camp will introduce students to the exciting world of fashion, fabric, and design. Whether they are complete beginners or already have some sewing experience, this camp will provide engaging projects, expert guidance, and a supportive environment to help them bring their creative visions to life. What the Sewing Summer Camp Covers: ✨ Sewing Basics & Machine Mastery Introduction to the sewing machine: how it works, safety tips, and troubleshooting Learning basic stitches (straight stitch, zigzag stitch, backstitch, and decorative stitches) Threading a sewing machine and winding a bobbin like a pro 🎨 Fabric & Design Exploration Understanding different types of fabrics and their uses How to choose the right fabric for a project Basic fabric cutting techniques and pattern placement 🧵 Fun & Engaging Sewing Projects Beginner-friendly projects (such as tote bags, pillowcases, scrunchies, or simple skirts) Intermediate projects (like pajama pants, stylish tops, or stuffed animals) Advanced options for those with experience (custom clothing, accessories, or unique designs) ✂️ Pattern Reading & Garment Construction Introduction to sewing patterns and how to read them Learning how to take measurements for proper fit Cutting and assembling fabric pieces for wearable projects 👗 Fashion & Creative Customization Adding personal flair with trims, appliqués, and embellishments Fabric painting, tie-dye, and embroidery for unique creations Upcycling old clothing into stylish new pieces Additional Details: Age Group: 8-16 Camp Duration: June 2, 2025- July 25, 2025 Location: 1910 Hwy 20. Suite 240. Fashion Sewing Camp Booking Policy Thank you for your interest in our Fashion Sewing Camp! Please carefully read the booking policy below before registering: Registration & Payment A nonrefundable camp fee is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s spot. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is due at registration. We do not offer payment plans or hold spaces without payment. What the Camp Fee Includes All materials and fabrics used during the camp Daily lunch and snacks Use of sewing machines and studio tools Instruction from experienced educators and designers A reserved seat in our program — your payment guarantees your camper’s participation Refunds & Cancellations All fees are nonrefundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation (including illness, travel, or scheduling conflicts). No credits, make-up days, or transfers will be provided for missed days. Changes & Emergencies If the camp must be canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, facility issue), we will provide a credit for future programming. By registering for the Fashion Sewing Camp, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
