Our Policies
COVID-19 Safety Precautions and Related Policies
We are currently hosting in-person learning with some additional precautions and restrictions. We are routinely cleaning the space before classes, in between the morning and afternoon sessions, and after class ends. Please maintain social distancing guidelines provided by the CDC.
Class Cancellation and Attendance Policy
Our classes are intentionally kept small to ensure a high-quality learning experience, and as a result, we often have a waiting list of students eager to participate. All classes begin promptly at the scheduled time listed on each class page. We ask that students arrive on time to allow a few minutes to settle in, prepare materials, and get ready to learn. Starting on time helps us cover all of the valuable content included in your class.
If an emergency arises and you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing thecreatorssewstudio@gmail.com so we can inform your instructor. Please note that we do not offer refunds. If you miss a class, you may schedule a make-up session within 30 days of your registration date. If you are aware in advance that you will miss a class, we encourage you to contact us ahead of time so we can discuss the best plan to keep you on track.
