Back-to-School Tote Bag Workshop Get ready for the new school year with a stylish tote bag you'll be proud to carry! In this beginner-friendly workshop, students will learn essential sewing techniques while creating a durable, lined tote bag that's perfect for school, work, the library, or everyday use. Throughout the class, students will learn how to accurately cut fabric, sew straight seams, press for professional results, attach sturdy handles, and add a functional interior pocket for extra organization. By the end of the workshop, each participant will leave with a beautiful handmade tote bag and the confidence to take on future sewing projects. This class is perfect for beginners as well as those looking to refresh their sewing skills in a fun, supportive environment. Students may choose from a variety of fabrics to create a tote bag that reflects their own personal style. Skill Level: Beginner Class Length: 2.5 Hours Whether you're heading back to school, the office, or simply looking for a practical everyday bag, this workshop is the perfect way to sharpen your sewing skills while creating something you'll use again and again.

The Creator’s Studio Summer Fashion & Sewing Camp Policy Welcome to The Creator’s Studio Summer Camp! We are excited to provide a fun, creative, and safe environment where students can learn fashion design, sewing, creativity, and confidence-building skills. Please review the following policies carefully. Registration & Tuition Full camp tuition and a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your child’s spot. Remaining balances must be paid before camp begins. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.. No refunds will be issued for missed camp days, vacations, illness, or dismissal due to behavior. Drop-Off & Pick-Up Students may only be dropped off during designated camp hours. Parents/guardians must sign students in and out daily. Please arrive on time for pick-up. Only authorized adults listed on registration forms may pick up campers. Attendance & Absences Regular attendance is encouraged so students can fully participate in projects and activities. Please notify the studio if your child will be absent. Make-up days are not guaranteed. Behavior Expectations To maintain a positive and creative environment, students are expected to: Show respect to instructors, staff, fellow students, and studio property. Follow all safety instructions while using sewing machines, scissors, irons, mannequins, and other equipment. Use appropriate language and behavior at all times. Participate positively in camp activities. The following behaviors are not permitted: Bullying, fighting, or disruptive behavior Intentional damage to materials or equipment Unsafe use of sewing tools or studio equipment Repeated refusal to follow directions Parents will be contacted regarding serious or repeated behavior concerns. The Creator’s Studio reserves the right to dismiss a student from camp if behavior compromises safety or disrupts the learning environment. No refunds will be issued for dismissals related to behavior. Safety & Equipment Students will receive safety instruction before using sewing equipment. Closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended. Students should wear comfortable clothing suitable for creative activities. The studio is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.
